Cultural event marks 45th anniversary of Vietnam, Cambodia diplomatic ties
This article depicts the celebration that has been organized to celebrate diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Cambodia. The ceremony will officially begin in the Tinh Bien Ward Stadium on December 7th. The celebration will include various forms of cultural entertainment from both countries in a festival that can last for days. Numerous performances will be done singers, bands, dancers, and groups that have formed together slide shows to present as a way of demonstrating their culture in a unique visual way. This ceremony is being organized by Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure the perfect celebration for the 45 years of peace and friendship.
I think this celebration is actually really cool. It is not too often that you hear about countries that began with being at war but then transformed into a peaceful alliance, let alone one for 45 years. I wish there were more details or an updated citation of the event, because I would really like to see how it pans out! Maybe if other countries demonstrated the significance in their allies like this, then there might be more peace and ease in spreading/sharing cultures among all populations of the world. The US should try this out with the United Kingdom, I'm sure it would be quite a surprise to most people how different their culture is from our stereotypical ideals!
This celebration is a basis of the countries culture. This celebration commemorates the 45 year alliance between the two countries, but in a bigger sense it connects the two culturally. This even allows each country to express their current country in a peaceful and modern way during an extravagant event. The country of Vietnam is not only sharing its culture with the Cambodia, but also any person that has knowledge of this celebration. The culture of either country may vary from year to year, but it is still consistently being expressed and updated.
